Akido Labs is a Y Combinator-backed health tech company committed to tackling public health challenges such as COVID-19, homelessness, and other crises through technology-powered initiatives. Serving as the Engineering Manager, the client needed to rapidly scale their engineering capacity to meet the growing demands of both web and native mobile applications. With a team based in PST, they sought nearshore developers who could seamlessly integrate with existing workflows and deliver high-quality results.

The
Challenge.

The client required additional development support to launch a variety of new features in their React and React Native applications. The primary aim was to add reliable, timezone-aligned engineers who could contribute to multiple ongoing projects.
