The client, who runs the startup, was extremely satisfied with the outcome, as the platform met all expectations in terms of interface, performance, and reliability.

The primary challenge was to build a custom software platform that could connect students with mentors efficiently. The client needed a solution that allowed mentors to upload their courses and students to access them on-demand, all while ensuring a simple and intuitive user interface. Solution.

Sonatafy Technology was selected following a recommendation by the client’s technical consultant. After several meetings with the executive team, the client was impressed by Sonatafy’s efficiency and technical expertise, and thus engaged them for the entire project. Sonatafy developed the software from the ground up by first mapping out the required features, then designing the interface, and finally building and integrating custom modules. The team also uploaded all necessary content and integrated several third-party apps and services to deliver a fully functional platform.

Sonatafy’s engineers developed the platform using Python and implemented automated testing with Selenium to ensure quality and reliability. The solution was hosted on AWS, providing a scalable and secure environment for the growing user base. Custom modules were developed to facilitate mentor course uploads and student access, while seamless integration with third-party services enhanced the overall functionality. Throughout the project, rigorous testing and quality assurance practices were applied to meet the high standards expected by the client.

The final software platform is robust, reliable, and user-friendly, significantly streamlining the process of connecting students with mentors. The client reported that the solution has met all expectations, and while specific analytics were not provided, overall satisfaction was extremely high. The project was managed efficiently through regular updates via calls, emails, Slack, and Zoom meetings, ensuring all stakeholder feedback was incorporated.
