Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of sonatafy.com and any content, tools, and complimentary offerings available through it (together, the "Site"), operated by Sonatafy Technology, Inc. ("Sonatafy," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Sonatafy and its services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any professional services engagement with Sonatafy is governed by the applicable written agreement between the parties, which controls over information presented on the Site. Fees and scope are set in a scoping conversation and confirmed in that agreement.

Content and tools available through the Site, including articles, reports, frameworks, benchmarks, and automated assessments, are provided for general informational purposes. Results and recommendations are preliminary and do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Any separately scoped consulting or engineering services, whether complimentary or paid, are subject to their applicable engagement terms.

Sonatafy does not guarantee any outcome, timeline, cost saving, or return on investment from using Site content or any complimentary offering. Any figures, examples, or results described on the Site reflect specific circumstances and are not a promise of future results.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content or data in bulk, including by automated means

• Use Site content to train or develop machine learning or AI models without our written permission

• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Site

• Upload malware, or submit false or misleading information, or another person's information, through forms

• Use the Site to send unsolicited messages or to harass anyone

• Misrepresent your affiliation with Sonatafy

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, frameworks, reports, and software, are owned by Sonatafy or their respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Sonatafy's names, logos, branding, and proprietary frameworks are protected by applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may view and print Site content for your own internal, noncommercial reference, and share links to it. Any other use requires our written permission.

You are responsible for what you submit through the Site. Please do not submit confidential information through Site forms; confidentiality is covered by a separate agreement if we work together. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The Site may link to or embed third party websites, tools, and content. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONATAFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONATAFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new date. We may restrict your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and Sonatafy about the Site. They do not replace any signed agreement for services.
