Skills & Qualifications
- Phoenix, AZ-based with the ability to meet regularly with leadership in-person
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, including significant work with MVPs, Figma, and product strategy
- An impressive portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality UI/UX design for web and mobile
- A natural communicator and strategic thinker who can speak the language of design, product, and business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and lead a design team
- Comfortable being client-facing and working alongside the sales team to drive new UI/UX business
- Interested in growing into a C-level role as the company scales
- Bonus: Experience with product management, user research, or front-end development
