Health Scholars is a VR education company that provides training and assessments for doctors and nurses across the United States. Serving as the technical and managing lead of the web services team, the client sought a nearshore staff augmentation partner to fill key engineering roles after some team members left. They aimed to maintain productivity and culture alignment by hiring developers in similar time zones to the US.
