I oversaw all of information technology, cybersecurity, business, and digital strategy, as well as operational initiatives, covering areas such as security, service management, telephone, network infrastructure, and data services. I spearheaded a key Information Security initiative that successfully reduced system vulnerabilities by 25% by improving endpoint protection and consolidating files into a centralized management dashboard. Additionally, I implemented innovative NLP-based machine learning, robotics, and AI solutions within the Call Center, achieving a 78% reduction in specific labor tasks for agents. I also established a Service Management organization and implemented ITSM processes and automation technologies, which enhanced Incident Management response times by 83% and improved return to service metrics by 43% year over year.

I spearheaded the implementation of the corporate-wide ICD-10 Program, impacting all healthcare business units and the national provider network. In 2012 at Capgemini, as Practice Director, I led the Solutions Service Line for all US West clients, where I was responsible for delivering multifaceted projects that spanned mobile, cloud computing, business intelligence, SAP, and Infrastructure as a Service. From 2010 to 2012, as Global Director of Consumer Based Solutions, I managed $10M in account sales and directed the delivery of consumer-focused solutions, notably creating an award-winning mobile application for vehicle ownership and launching the Capgemini Mobile Application Development Framework worldwide. As Global Director of Strategy and Architecture, I oversaw a large outsourcing group responsible for General Motors’ IT application development and strategic investment portfolio, delivering innovative architecture services and managing mergers and acquisitions. I developed a new CRM IT strategy and took the lead in presenting at the Paris Motor Show. My strategic initiatives reduced client service costs by 24%, drove major changes in customer lifecycle management, and implemented a client TCO dashboard, leading to significant hosting cost reductions.

Responsible for the account start-up, transition, and team management. Interactions occur mostly with Senior Executive (director and above) levels. Responsibilities also include oversight of Mergers and Acquisitions integration / separations, outsourced application development vendors, sustained applications, and infrastructure providers for 500 applications globally. Portfolio includes custom as well as large scale COTS solutions such as SAP and Oracle / Peoplesoft.
