The main challenge was to quickly transition a previous implementation onto a partially new stack, learning on-the-go, but keeping proactivity between team members.
The most interesting feature was developing an event broadcast system to propagate events from external sources into a single event stream, where incoming sources ranged from PBX systems, video conference software, and internal tools.
