Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of dynamic, elastic servers, and AI augmentation for developers. We grow in real-time, have architectural resilience, save with predicative scaling, and we help boost your performance.
For what projects/services did your company hire Sonatafy Technology, and what were your goals?
We hired Sonatafy to help us with our hiring contractors to our company. Essentially instead of having to deal with outside developers, they provide us people who then report to our managers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We connected on LinkedIn, and from there formed a professional relationship. We met with Steve Taplin, the CEO, and since the beginning the entire team has been incredibly helpful. We were welcomed, and made to feel important immediately.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
First we inform the team what we need expertise in. From there they provide us with developers, and we feel which fits the team. The hired developer then reports to our managers who are hired within our company. They complete the tasks necessary, while still working under Sonatafy, but working for us.
How many resources from the vendor’s team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There are 3 resources that worked with us. The Project Manager, technical interviewer, and the CTO. All three are engaged when we need a position staffed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were always within a timely response time to our clients. People felt we were working harder than ever. They were responsive to the changes we needed to make, and everything was seemingly smooth sailing. Our clientele has increased in the past 6 months alone due to the support we now receive.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication in any aspect is critical, and for being a remote company, we have to maintain the accountability of one another. They have not disappointed with their fast response times. Our teams have collided well. Between positive communication, and hard workers on each team we have yet to be disappointed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were extremely hands-on and never left us feeling it was a company running after the money. They genuinely care for their team and ours. The CEO is also very attentive, which you do not always see.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Truthfully we have had nothing but amazing experiences with the company. No complaints.
