Within a few months, the client’s development team was please with the quick replacement of one team member that didn’t work out. The team integrated with the client’s HR team to improve and speed up the processes. They are currently working together for more hires.

Hired individuals for staff augmentation on an FT consultancy basis.
What were your goals for this project?
Building a nearshore team for cost efficiencies and the ability to scale up as projects require.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Only been going for a few months, but our development team is quite pleased with the hires. One team member did not work out but a quick replacement was hired to rectify.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Slower at the beginning as our dev team worked directly with Sonatafy, but much improved once we integrated our HR team into the process. That allowed us to follow our own HR processes and speed up the process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?

Are there any areas for improvement?
As noted above, setting up proper workflows at the beginning to include HR if needed.
